Multiple Multiples: 21 Twins and Triplets Set to Graduate from Plainview JFK

10 sets of multiples, nine pairs of twins and a set of triplets, are set to graduate in the same senior class at John F. Kennedy High School in Plainview.

The odds of being a twin are 3 percent, but in this class of 369 high school seniors, 21 people are graduating who are either a twin or a triplet. 

At Plainview JFK, 10 sets of multiples – nine pairs of twins and one set of triplets – are set to graduate in the same senior class at the end of the month. 

“It’s like, so weird to walk around and you see so many twins,” Deniz Harned told CBS News. Harned is scheduled to graduate alongside fraternal twin sister Ariel.
