Providence College

Kristen D'Elia, a resident of Plainview and a member of the class of 2015, has been named to the Dean's List at Providence College for the Fall 2011 semester. To qualify for the Dean's List, students must achieve at least a 3.55 grade point average with a minimum of 12 credits.

The following Plainview residents were among the 1,458 students who earned Dean's List honors for the fall 2011 semester at SUNY Oneonta. To qualify for the Dean's List, undergraduate students must earn a grade point average of 3.5 or higher while carrying a course load of 12 semester hours or more.

University of Scranton

Taylor Silberglied of Plainview has been named to the Dean's List at The University of Scranton, which recognizes students for academic excellence during the 2011 fall semester. A student must have a grade point average of 3.5 or better with a minimum number of credit hours to make the Dean's List. Silberglied is a junior occupational therapy major in the Jesuit University's  Panuska College of Professional Studies.
