Plainview-Old Bethpage's Stratford Road Elementary School first grade students recently enhanced their research, technology and writing skills by conducting women’s history reports.

The students researched a historically-significant woman of their choice throughout the month of March, and then presented their reports to their classmates.

During the process, students read and listened to various articles, wrote down important facts about each woman and printed out pictures from the computer.
