JFK students artwork featured at 'Color Pencil Extravaganza'

Students from Plainview JFK High School recently had their vibrant artwork displayed in the Color Pencil Extravaganza at the Tilles Center.

The exhibit was a celebration in the study of the color pencil. Roger Tilles, member of the New York State Board of Regents, and POBCSD Superintendent Dr. Lorna Lewis were also in attendance to congratulate the students on their work.

Students from Mrs. Beinlich, Mr. Jacobson, Mrs. Ritholtz & Mrs. Smith's Drawing and Painting classes participated in the event.
