Eighth grade students from the Plainview-Old Bethpage School district recently displayed their artwork for the community to see at the Mattlin Middle School’s studio art gallery.
Enrolled in the District’s Studio Art 9 course, the students learned about various types of art while working to achieve high school level credits.
The students’ artwork was inspired from various cultural works, including famous paintings, movies and pop culture references.
