Prom Time: Safety in Spotlight

One week from tonight, Plainview JFK holds its Senior Prom. How can we keep it a safe evening?

If you're a parent, you might be worried. If you're a senior, you might be nervous. Either way, we'd like to know Plainview's best ideas for prom safety and keeping the night a memorable and happy one for JFK seniors.

Each day the "5 Things" column will tell you five essential pieces of information you need to know today, like events happening or community topics being covered on the site later on in the day. Have an event or topic that should appear in this column? Add it to the calendar or send us a news tip.
