During the next two weeks, Plainview students will face final exams, the Regents, senior prom and graduation frenzy.
The school year isn't that much different than when the current generation of parents attended. School ends in June; it returns after Labor Day.
Some believe it's not enough schooling to keep American kids competitive with other cultures. Others think kids and teenagers are stressed enough and need to be allowed to be, well, kids.
