Holy Trinity Holds Annual Blessing of the Cars

As Prom and graduation season approaches, a prayer for safety.

Holy Trinity’s Students Against Destructive Decisions (S.A.D.D.) club held their Annual Blessing of the Cars recently, a prayerful reminder of the dangers young people face on the roads at this time of year..

The annual event was created by the school’s chaplain, the Rev. Joseph Fitzgerald, to promote safe driving with the senior class as prom season approaches.

Despite the threat of rain May 23, more than 60 vehicles were blessed, including Driver’s Education cars and school buses.
