Photo of the Day: World Series of Dreidels at Y JCC

There was more than mere gelt on the line when these kids took part in the fun Thursday at the Mid-Island Y JCC.

The 4th annual was less a competition than a wonderful experience for the scores of young people and their families who attended Thursday event.

Hosted by the the activities included a feast of pizza and snacks, along with the assorted chocolate gelt. The tournament followed and the evening culminated with a community menorah lighting outside the JCC.
