Toni Ann Riedel, Neighbor

I am certified as fitness instructor and personal trainer through the Aerobic and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) since 1987 and, in 2008, received her 200-hour Yoga Alliance instructor certification.  She has trained in using Yoga for Trauma/PTSD and, recently, started a 500 Bhakti Yoga training program.
