The Board of Education is addressing recent state test scores that report dramatic drops over last year's scores.
Plainview educators offered a detailed review of the district's scores. All are well above the state average, but lower than last years.
But that's only part of the story: the state changed its test and "common core" requirement late in the last school year.
That has caused widespread outrage across the state.
